These cross country kids are TOUGH. They showed up tonight, pushed themselves, and we got better. Two athletes went above and beyond and got to take home The Golden Sneaker Award for being great teammates and setting goals to push themselves!
Calumet Public School will not be in session on Friday, September 8th.
The funeral service for Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes Lt. Governor, Gib Miles, will be in the Calumet Gymnasium at 10 a.m.
Gib was a loyal supporter of the students of Calumet Public School. He will be missed.
Another XC Meet in the books and it was a hot one! We came home with lots of medals and even a 1st & 2nd place in the 4-6th age group! Hayden Gross & Ryder Garrett were neck and neck the whole race fighting for 1st! A true photo finish & Mrs. Stilley caught it for us!

Life Skills wrapped up the week with homemade cinnamon rolls. We would like to thank Mrs. Lindy Renbarger for getting our space organized. We also greatly appreciate the donations from Mrs. Young, Mrs. Lee & Mrs. Winegeart. Thank you!

First Elementary Cross Country Meet is in the books! So proud of all of them! We have A LOT of medals coming home!
It's almost here! Picture Day is Thursday.
- No forms are needed. Purchasing information will be sent out when pictures are ready.
- Don't wear green. (Josten's green screen technology might turn you into a floating head if you do.)

The 6th Graders are reading the book, Wonder and learning about precepts to live by. Today they researched their own, wrote about what it means to them, and designed a poster for our hallway!
Our FFA Quiz Bowl teams had a great night last night at the Canadian County Free Fair!
