Calumet had 3 students compete in the Southwest District AFR Speech Contest in Cache tonight.
Results include
🔹Alice Park- 1st Place Intermediate AFR/OFU Division
🔹Merritt Major- 1st Place Novice AFR/OFU Division
🔹Bella Dean- 3rd Place Intermediate Agriscience Division
Alice and Merritt qualified for the state AFR speech contest on December 7th.

🏀 Exciting week ahead! Our junior high girls and boys basketball teams are competing in the Calumet Junior High Basketball Tournament! Check out the brackets, and come cheer on the Chieftains! Let’s go, Calumet! 🔥
The Calumet cheerleaders are hosting Mini Cheer Camp for Pre-K through 6th grade students. The cost is $45 for the first child and $35 for each additional sibling. Each mini cheerleader will receive a bow, a shirt, and an after-school snack on Thursday.
The mini cheerleaders will perform at halftime of the girls’ and boys’ games on November 22nd.
Order forms have been sent out with students. Please have your forms turned in NO LATER than November 12th.
The 5th & 6th grade students got to display their first book report today! We enjoyed visiting with our guests during the gallery walk. We have some really creative and artistic students!!

🏆 We took over the OKSE SSBU Middle School Tournament at OCCC today! It was an all-Calumet championship showdown, with Landon Rowlodge making history as our first Esports player to win a singles tournament! 👏 Coen Taylor secured a 2nd place finish, showing off his skills too!
