All students & teachers! We are asking students to write a letter to COVID-19 for our yearbook. Tell the virus how you really feel, what it's making you miss, and what you're doing to overcome it. Include a picture that relates to what you wrote! (Email to yearbook@chs.k12.ok.us)

Who needs some good news during this crazy time?!
We are so excited to announce that Ella Freyman has made it on the cheerleading team at Northwestern Oklahoma State University! Her hard work & dedication has paid off! Her leadership & skills will no doubt be an asset to the team at NWOSU and we CANNOT WAIT to road trip to Alva to cheer her on!
Congratulations, Ella!

Fun Friday!!

A note from the counselor:
I sincerely hope that all our Calumet students and their families have been able to stay healthy and find some peace at home despite the social turmoil that our society is currently experiencing. It is, without a doubt, scary and confusing for every person involved. CPS leadership is working hard to provide answers regarding distance learning, picking up property, graduation, etc. The district wants to reassure you that we will communicate answers to you as soon as we have them.
Right now we know that the state is requiring schools to provide online curriculum for students starting the week of April 6th. We will have more information for everyone at that time. Thanks for your patience and understanding as we navigate this new territory! As always, please contact me if your student needs support or resources to be successful during this stressful time. 405-893-2497 / evanss@chs.k12.ok.us
