Third Grade became published authors! They wrote and illustrated their very own book following this year’s theme at school- Be a Light!
They did an amazing job and shared some very sweet examples of how to light our world with kindness! 💡 ❤️
A great night to be a Calumet Chieftain!
Our HS Lady Chieftains defeated Binger in OT to secure 3rd Place in the Washita Valley Conference.
The HS Calumet Chieftains took down Union City to also take 3rd in our conference!
We had several All-Conference team members and 3 Honorable Mention team members.
The JH Team took first place in our conference as well!
Congratulations to all our basketball athletes!

Revised February Menu
Calumet Cheer had the best day!
We started off bright and early to head to Northwestern Oklahoma State University to attend an open gym where they got to learn new skills and work with collegiate level athletes, got a tour of campus, and then got to go watch Calumet Cheer alumni, Ella Freyman, cheer on the Lady Ranger basketball team!
We got to put on plays today in 3rd Grade! The students wrote their own scripts, created their background, and found their props. It was a lot of fun.
4th Grade was our audience and got to interview the cast afterwards!

We had an AMAZING turn out for our 2022 Cheer Clinic!
They got to learn a chant, cheer, and a dance & performed at halftime of the high school game!

Third graders worked so hard to create a robot out of recycled parts! Their goal was to come up with a robot who would help our environment. They came up with such creative ideas!
They also had to create a slideshow themselves and present to 4 judges. They did an amazing job!
In the Library this week, the upper elementary students are reviewing literary genres with a Starbooks Book Tasting 📚complete with hot cocoa☕️💚
The lower elementary kids have a story time about ways to celebrate the 100th day of school🏫 then, work together to stack 💯 books!
