Parents,
Calumet Public Schools will be providing a free physical exam for all athletes on Monday, July 11th from 4:00-7:00p.m. in the high school building, Room #107 (Murray's Classroom).
Parents, please make sure to complete and sign the physical forms prior to the date of exam.
You can obtain a physical form by CLICKING HERE or you can stop by the high school office Monday through Thursday from 8:00-12:00p.m.
