Calumet Public Schools will be providing Physicals for student athletes July 14, 2021 from 1:00p.m. - 6:00p.m. in the High School building. A parent or student may come by the High school office before that date and pick up a Physical form. Physical form must be signed by a parent/guardian. If you have any questions call 405-893-2494.
