Picture Day
Picture Retake Day is October 9th, 2020. Here are the groups of people who need to take pictures on that day:
- Retakes: People who missed the original picture day or need retakes taken
- Virtual Students: Students who have been all-virtual this semester
- Seniors: Seniors will take their panel pictures.
- Administrators, Senior Sponsors, and Senior Parents will need to be photographed as well.
Schedule:
Retakes and Virtual Students will take their pictures in the Elementary Sensory Room from 9:00 AM until 11:30 AM. We ask that Calumet Virtual Students come during those hours and please remember to wear a mask when you enter the building. Retakes will be called out of class throughout this time.
Seniors will meet in Mr. Young's Room at 12:10 PM and begin their Panel Pictures when Lifetouch/Prestige is ready. During this time, Senior Parents, Sponsors, and School Administration need to have their picture taken for the panel.
9:00 AM - Retakes and Virtual Student Pictures being
11:00 AM - Retakes and Virtual Student Pictures end
12:10 PM - Seniors meet in Mr. Young's room (Virtual and On-Site Seniors)
Approx. 12:30 PM - Senior Panel Pictures Begin
Retake/Virtual Information:
Picture forms are available in both the elementary and high school offices. The 9:00-11:00 AM window is your only time to take these pictures. If you have any questions please email youngd@chs.k12.ok.us.
Senior Picture Information:
All Seniors should take their picture during this time (Virtual and On-Site). Please come prepared with a spaghetti strap shirt (girls) or white t shirts (boys) to wear underneath our formal attire. Please email youngd@chs.k12.ok.us if you have any questions.
Session Fee: $0
You will receive photography in a formal pose, head and shoulders only. Your proofs will come by mail 3-4 weeks after photography. You will need to select your yearbook/panel pose online.
Yearbook/Panel Requirements:
Boys: Tux with Black Tie (Prestige will provide this.)
Girls: Black/White Feather Drape (Prestige will provide this.)
