OSSAA Requires Rank One Forms for All 7th-12th Grade Student-Athletes
Beginning this school year, the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association (OSSAA) requires parents or guardians of all 7th-12th grade student-athletes to complete the required eligibility forms through Rank One before students may participate in athletics.
Parents must create a Rank One Parent Account and complete Forms 1 and 2 for each student participating in athletics. These forms are required as part of the OSSAA eligibility process and must be completed before a student is cleared to participate.
