Calumet Schools will offer free athletic physicals for all incoming Junior High and High School athletes on Tuesday, July 15th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
A current physical is required for all students participating in any athletic program for the upcoming school year.
Athletes must pick up Physical and OSSAA forms ahead of time. Forms are available in the High School Office Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
All forms should be filled out and signed by a parent or guardian before the day of the physicals. Completed forms must be brought by the athlete and turned in during the physical.
