semester tests

Eligibility for Semester Test Exemptions (Grades 7–12)

Students in 7th through 12th grade may be exempt from taking semester tests in individual classes if they meet the following requirements:

  • A average: No more than 3 absences

  • B average: No more than 2 absences

  • C average: No more than 1 absence


Important Notes:

  • Students who are taking semester tests must remain on campus for the entire testing period.

  • If a student completes all of their tests and wishes to leave early, they must have parent permission to check out.

  • Once checked out, students must leave campus. They are not allowed to go to the gym.

Testing Sessions

First Session of Testing:
5th, 6th, and 7th period classes

Second Session of Testing:
1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th period classes

9:40 – 10:30 | 2nd Hour (Regular Class)

11:30 – 12:20 | 4th Hour (Regular Class)

12:20 – 12:50 | Lunch

12:55 – 1:40 | 5th Hour TEST

1:45 – 2:30 | 6th Hour TEST

2:35 – 3:20 | 7th Hour TEST

Thursday, May 15th

8:05 – 9:00 | 1st Hour TEST

9:05 – 9:35 | Breakfast/Chieftain Time

9:40 – 10:30 | 2nd Hour TEST

10:35 – 11:25 | 3rd Hour TEST

11:30 – 12:20 | 4th Hour TEST

School will be released at 2:45 P.M. on Thursday.

Reminder

Students taking semester tests must stay the whole testing period. If a student finishes all tests and wants to leave, they must have parent permission to check out. After checking out, students must leave campus — they are not allowed in the gym.
