Attention all students needing a physical exam!
Calumet Schools is offering a one time free physical exam to any student that needs one on Tuesday, July 18th from 6:00p.m. -8:00p.m., in the High School building in room 107.
Students will need a consent form filled out by their parent prior to the date of Physicals.
Parents or Students can pick up forms at the high school office Monday - Thursday from 8:00a.m. - 12:00p.m. If you have any questions contact the high school office at 405-893-2494.
